Admin-Only Functions
- Add Batch: Create and manage student batches (e.g., "Batch of 2025").
- Add Academic Year: Define and activate academic years (e.g., "2023-2024").
- Add Department: Add new departments to the system (e.g., "Computer Science").
- Add Program: Create new academic programs and associate them with a department (e.g., "B.Tech").
- Add Staff: Register new staff members and assign their roles (Admin or Staff).
- View Logs: Monitor system activity and review a history of actions performed by all users.
Admin & Staff Functions
- View Students: See a list of all registered students and download reports.
- View Achievements: Review student achievements, approve or reject them, and track their status.
- Download Reports: Export student data, logs, and other records for offline analysis.
