Admin Panel Functions

This page provides an overview of the functions available in the admin panel. Your access may vary based on your user role (Admin or Staff).

Admin-Only Functions

  • Add Batch: Create and manage student batches (e.g., "Batch of 2025").
  • Add Academic Year: Define and activate academic years (e.g., "2023-2024").
  • Add Department: Add new departments to the system (e.g., "Computer Science").
  • Add Program: Create new academic programs and associate them with a department (e.g., "B.Tech").
  • Add Staff: Register new staff members and assign their roles (Admin or Staff).
  • View Logs: Monitor system activity and review a history of actions performed by all users.

Admin & Staff Functions

  • View Students: See a list of all registered students and download reports.
  • View Achievements: Review student achievements, approve or reject them, and track their status.
  • Download Reports: Export student data, logs, and other records for offline analysis.
